Former les femmes et les hommes, nos talents, \u00e0<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">savoir reconna\u00eetre et d\u00e9velopper leurs<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">soft skills<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, engager et pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 \u00eatre<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">moteurs de la transformation et de l\u2019innovat<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ion sont des enjeux majeurs, car vecteurs de<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">croissance, de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et d\u2019emploi.
