On cherche \u00e0 identifier si les facteurs couramment avanc\u00e9s pour expliquer ces difficult\u00e9s, comme le m\u00e9tier, les qualifications recherch\u00e9es, les caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019entreprise, sa localisation et son secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9, permettent d\u2019expliquer ce ressenti exprim\u00e9 par les chefs d\u2019entreprise. Les donn\u00e9es sont obtenues en croisant l\u2019enqu\u00eate Besoins en main-d\u2019oeuvre (BMO) de 2019 et 2020 et les donn\u00e9es d\u2019entreprises FARE et DADS correspondantes.
