Elle a m\u00eame passionn\u00e9 des chercheurs, aussi bien en psychologie, qu\u2019en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et m\u00eame des sp\u00e9cialistes du management, de la gestion et de l\u2019ergonomie. D\u00e9s les ann\u00e9es 1980 par exemple, deux auteurs, <em>Baldwin et Ford, <\/em>estimaient\u00a0que sur\u00a0<strong>100\u00a0milliards de dollars<\/strong>\u00a0(de l\u2019\u00e9poque) investis\u00a0en formation aux USA , <strong>10% seulement des acquis<\/strong> faisaient l\u2019objet d\u2019un \u201c<strong>transfert\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0! Bonne nouvelle : avec le r\u00e9cent renouveau de \u201c<strong>l\u2019apprentissage par le faire<\/strong>\u201c,\u00a0on dispose d\u2019une <strong>palette de modalit\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0facilitant (en principe) ce fameux transfert : AFEST\/formation en situation de travail, tutorat, mentorat, co-d\u00e9veloppement, pairagogie, formation-action, apprentissage par projet, etc. <strong>C\u2019est bien mais sera-ce suffisant ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Plus on<strong> rapproche la formation des situations de travail <\/strong>ou plus<strong> on int\u00e8gre des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage dans<\/strong><strong>\u00a0le travail, <\/strong>plus la <strong>probabilit\u00e9 du transfert est \u00e9lev\u00e9e !<\/strong>\u00a0Ceci \u00e9tant-dit, la <strong>qualit\u00e9 du transfert ne d\u00e9pend pas <\/strong>uniquement de la <strong>pertinence de la modalit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique utilis\u00e9e. <\/strong>Une s\u00e9rie<strong>\u00a0de conditions et d\u2019actions<\/strong>, constituant une sorte de <em>check-list <\/em>des professionnels de la formation, pourraient optimiser\u00a0\u00a0<strong>le transfert<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nous retenons dans cet article\u00a0<strong>14 actions prioritaires,<\/strong> class\u00e9es en <strong>4 grandes cat\u00e9gories. <\/strong>Ces actions ne sont bien s\u00fbr pas exhaustives. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blog-formation-entreprise.fr\/faciliter-transfert-situation-de-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lire la suite<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>(C-Campus, 24\/09\/2024) La question (ou probl\u00e9matique) du \u201ctransfert des acquis\u201d\u00a0en\u00a0formation n\u2019est pas nouvelle du tout\u00a0!
