Les participants y racontent un \u00e9pisode marquant de leurs premi\u00e8res interventions, en navigant dans un environnement virtuel construit \u00e0 partir de photos 360\u00b0. Cette phase de narration est suivie d\u2019une phase de r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9, durant laquelle les participants analysent l\u2019intervention pass\u00e9e et se projettent dans des situations de travail futures. Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une articulation \u00e9troite entre la navigation dans l\u2019environnement virtuel et le r\u00e9cit et mettent en lumi\u00e8re une exp\u00e9rience originale, qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab mise en intrigue dynamique \u00bb. La discussion met en perspective cette exp\u00e9rience avec la triple temporalit\u00e9 de Ricoeur et examine son r\u00f4le dans la construction de connaissances. Un paradoxe central \u00e9merge : la visualisation r\u00e9aliste des lieux favorise non seulement une immersion imm\u00e9diate, mais permet \u00e9galement une mise \u00e0 distance r\u00e9flexive du v\u00e9cu, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une reconfiguration temporelle de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Cette \u00ab distance productive \u00bb, \u00e9merge comme un levier pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. Enfin, des perspectives d\u2019adaptation du dispositif \u00e0 des formations \u00e0 distance sont propos\u00e9es en conclusion.<\/p>\n<div id=\"abstract\" class=\"section\"><span
