Cette m\u00e9thodologie repose sur une <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">int\u00e9gration continue des parties prenantes<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, incluant les apprenants eux-m\u00eames, de la construction \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre et au suivi des parcours de formation. Des instances de co-construction rythment ces diff\u00e9rentes phases, de la pr\u00e9figuration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation. Des comit\u00e9s de programmation sont organis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9finir conjointement les objectifs, les <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de comp\u00e9tences<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et les <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Enfin, des entretiens individuels et des bilans r\u00e9guliers (hebdomadaires, \u00e0 mi-parcours et en fin de formation), permettent d\u2019affiner et d\u2019adapter les contenus et les m\u00e9thodes en fonction des retours des participants. Cette d\u00e9marche favorise une <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">am\u00e9lioration continue<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et une <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">personnalisation des parcours<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, tout en renfor\u00e7ant <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l\u2019engagement et l\u2019autonomie<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> des apprenants.
