{"id":8393,"date":"2026-02-02T15:23:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T14:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gipal-formation.fr\/wordpress\/?p=8393"},"modified":"2026-04-29T14:08:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T12:08:48","slug":"periode-de-reconversion-les-decrets-enfin-sortis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gipal-formation.fr\/wordpress\/2026\/02\/02\/periode-de-reconversion-les-decrets-enfin-sortis\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e9riode de reconversion : les d\u00e9crets enfin sortis !"},"content":{"rendered":"[Digiformag.com &#8211; 02\/02\/2026]\n<p><em><strong>Les d\u00e9crets d\u2019application actent l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la p\u00e9riode de reconversion, en remplacement de la Pro-A.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Ils en pr\u00e9cisent le cadre financier et op\u00e9rationnel.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e9riode de reconversion : les\u00a0 nouveaut\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>La p\u00e9riode de reconversion se substitue \u00e0 la Pro-A, avec une logique inchang\u00e9e sur le fond :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Articulation emploi \/ formation<\/li>\n<li>Initiative port\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise, en co-construction avec les salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Objectif d\u2019\u00e9volution ou de reconversion professionnelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Les modalit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues par le d\u00e9cret<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sur le financement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 d\u00e9faut d\u2019accord de branche, la prise en charge est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 9,15 \u20ac par heure.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Le montant moyen de prise en charge par parcours est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 5 000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Un accord collectif ou d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale de l\u2019employeur peut pr\u00e9voir la prise en charge de l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ou des frais annexes (transport, h\u00e9bergement, restauration)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9penses peuvent \u00eatre financ\u00e9es via les contributions conventionnelles de branche<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur la mise en \u0153uvre :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> le dossier est transmis par l\u2019employeur \u00e0 l\u2019OPCO, par voie d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e, dans les 30 jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le d\u00e9but de la reconversion<\/p>\n<p> l\u2019OPCO dispose de 20 jours pour se prononcer sur la prise en charge<br \/>\nUn refus est possible<br \/>\nPar d\u00e9cision motiv\u00e9e<br \/>\nEn cas de non-respect du cadre l\u00e9gal ou conventionnel<\/p>\n<h2>Les conditions pour que le dispositif fonctionne<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>des accords de branche clairs et op\u00e9rationnels,<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0une capacit\u00e9 des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digiformag.com\/opco-transformation\/\">\u00a0OPCO<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 financer au-del\u00e0 du minimum r\u00e9glementaire<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0des employeurs outill\u00e9s pour monter des dossiers solides<\/li>\n<li>une articulation coh\u00e9rente avec les autres dispositifs de formation et de transition professionnelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digiformag.com\/periode-de-reconversion-les-decrets-enfin-sortis\/\">Lire l&rsquo;article<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/download\/pdf?id=YW9XvMEhn_0kPoh_Wtm5c2OhrN4FcEKuXTAQRsVaHPI=\"><strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9charger le d\u00e9cret\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>[Digiformag.com &#8211; 02\/02\/2026] Les d\u00e9crets d\u2019application actent l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la p\u00e9riode de reconversion, en remplacement de la Pro-A.\u00a0Ils en pr\u00e9cisent le cadre financier et op\u00e9rationnel.
